Dave, Scott and I worked on Underdog again today. In a few hours we managed to get the front doors stripped and dashboard out. We’re getting close the media blasting. See photos from Part Two.Â
On January 20th, 2006, Barking Dog Studios staff participated in a unique team building workshop - in a real workshop! We headed to the GermanSupply.com garage and began the process of dismantling “Underdog”, a 1970 Volkswagen Transporter Deluxe, which over the next few months will be restored to its original glory. See Photos and Timelapse movie.Â

Look for it on the streets of Guelph and a VW show near you this summer.Â
I’m giving on up Blojsom, the blog software I’m currently using. I think Apple made a bad choice when selecting as the default software for Mac OS X Server, which is really the only reason I was using it - “it was there”.Â
Â
Every time we patch/update the server it messes with my blog templates - it’s a never ending battle. My design goals are modest, but I can’t get it to look the way I want, and if I get close, its gone a software update later. Blojsom is also programmed in JSP, which I know squat about, and even though I’m not afraid of hacking, I just don’t have time.Â
Â
So over the next few weeks I’m going to be moving to Word Press 2.0. A few of my friends use it and we’re just about to set it up on the server for a client, so I think its time.Â
Â
I did look at Blogger, which can run on your server; MoveableType, which we already have on our server for a few clients; and creating something custom in house, but I really like what WordPress has to offer.Â

Santa Alex wishes everybody a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Â
I just figured out how to integrate an iChat/AIM request to chat into HTML.Try sending me a message. Note: you must be using iChat or AIM - MSN sucks anyways.Â

We bought a bus for Barking Dog! And it will be the coolest corporate vehicle you have ever seen! Now we just have to figure out how to get it back from Ohio.Â
